• The Provisional Rank List for FYUGP/FYIP Admission 2025-26 has been published. This list is based on the data entered by the candidates during the application process. Please note that the verification of these details will be conducted at the time of admission. Any discrepancies found in the submitted documents or data will lead to the automatic cancellation of admission.

  • Candidates who are included in the Sure List or Waiting List must attend the admission process as per the schedule published on the college website. In case any candidates from the merit list are absent, those on the waiting list will be considered for admission.
  • All candidates must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the admission process.
  • Those candidates who are included in the rank list, should get a print out of Allotment Memo downloaded from applicant login and appear for the admission interview as per the schedule published on the college website.

Please note that the allotment memo will be available from 3:00 PM on June 17

The candidates shall produce the following documents (in original) at the time of admission to a programme of study.

  1. The print out of the Providence College application form and Allotment Memo (To be Downloaded from applicant log in)
  2. Calicut University CAPID Print out (If already registered in Calicut University)
  3. Qualifying Certificate /Marklist of qualifying examination(Plus two)and two self attested Photocopies of the same.
  4. Transfer Certificate (TC) received from the Institution last studied/ Online TC issued by the District Offices of the Kerala State Literacy (U.O.No.2047/2022/Admn Dated, 27.01.2022) and two self attested Photocopies of the same.
  5. Conduct Certificate.
  6. S.S.L.C and one self attested photocopy of the same.
  7. Equivalency / Recognition of the qualifying examinations taken from other Universities/Institutions should be confirmed strictly before making admission of students, except in the case of HSE / VHSE of the Kerala State Board and all regular Higher Secondary Examinations conducted by other State Boards, AISSCE (XII std.) of CBSE, ISCE and NIOS candidates who have passed the course with a minimum of five subjects, out of which one should be English.
  8. Candidates who claim bonus/weightage marks shall produce relevant certificates (such as NCC, NSS, Scouts/Guides, Ex-servicemen, etc.
  9. Candidates claiming reservation under Person with disability (PwD) merit should produce Unique Disability identity Card (UDID) or Medical certificate by District Medical Board showing above 40% disability.
  10. Documents required for availing fee concession if applicable

*Please keep sufficient number of photocopies of the certificates before submitting the originals to the college for future use, if any. The original certificates would be required for verification by the university.

**The submitted certificates will be returned only after the completion of the programme or at the time of issuing Transfer Certificate (TC).
