The Dept. of Chemistry, in an attempt to reach out to the entire student community on the campus, acquaints them with the marvels of their discipline on a practical, everyday basis. The Dept. conducts sessions whereby students understand the impact and use of chemicals in products used everyday, like food, cosmetics etc. They are also offered training in manufacturing some of the products for daily use including soap and sanitizer.
