Physics Association Valedictory Function and Magazine Release.
The Physics Department organized its Valedictory Function and Magazine Release Ceremony with great enthusiasm. Dr. Sini, Head of the Physics Department, delivered the Presidential Address, highlighting the department’s progress, achievements, and the importance of academic excellence along with participation in various activities. The programme inauguration and the release of the department magazine were carried out by the Chief Guest, Dr. Laina , IQAC Coordinator from the Department of History. She officially released the department magazine titled “Luminara.” Following the release, she delivered an inspiring speech and shared valuable thoughts with the students. The Magazine Editor, Sreenanda, then addressed the gathering and shared a few words about the efforts behind the preparation of the magazine and the teamwork that made its publication possible. The first copy of the magazine was ceremonially handed over to Dr. Sobha. During the programme, several prizes were distributed to Physics Department students who had achieved recognition in various academic and extracurricular activities during the academic year. The prizes were distributed by Dr. Laina . Apart from the other prizes, the Best Outgoing Student Trophy was awarded to Shreya Ajith (3rd DC) in recognition of her outstanding achievements and contributions. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Thanzeela Haroon (3rd DC), who expressed sincere gratitude to the chief guest, faculty members, organizers, and students for making the event a grand success.
