The Department of Economics organized a discourse titled\u00a0\u201cUS Trade Policy: Tariffs and Its Impact\u201d<\/b><\/em>\u00a0on\u00a08th October 2025<\/strong>. The session was delivered by\u00a0Prof. Vipin Veettil<\/strong>, Faculty of Economics,\u00a0IIM Kozhikode<\/strong>, who offered valuable insights into global trade dynamics and policy implications.
\nThe event was followed by an enlightening talk on\u00a0\u201cIgnorant by Choice: How funding seats, not students, broke Kerala colleges\u2014and how to fix it.\u201d<\/b><\/em>
