Please read all instructions carefully, before filling the ”Application Form”

1. Take the Print out of the application form.
2. Duly filled application form along with Photostat copies of Cap ID registration form, Plus two certificate, and Rs. 200/- to be submitted at the college office.
3. Candidates can send the application form by post along with the money order of Rs. 200/-

അപേക്ഷാ ഫോം പൂരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ്, എല്ലാ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങളും ശ്രദ്ധാപൂർവ്വം വായിക്കുക

1. അപേക്ഷ ഫോറം പ്രിന്റ് എടുക്കുക.
2. ഫോറം പൂരിപ്പിക്കുക.
3. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ ഓൺലൈൻ ചെയ്തതിന്റെ (കാപ് ഐഡി ) പകർപ്പ്, പ്ലസ് ടു സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് എന്നിവ 200 രൂപ സഹിതം കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കുക.
4. അപേക്ഷകൾ തപാലിൽ 200 രൂപ മണി ഓർഡർ സഹിതം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത് ആണ്.
