Physics Nova: A Glimpse into emerging physics is a PowerPoint-based presentation initiative focused on exploring emerging research areas in physics and applied physics. The aim is to help students learn how to read, interpret, and analyze scientific research articles, and effectively present their findings to peers. Series 3 of Physics Nova was presented in August 13th 2025, and the following students presented in this series,
1)Punya P – “A New Frontier in Magnetism: Discovery of p‑Wave Magnetism in NiI₂”
2) Kadambari Nath MV – Hybrid chip enables two way conversion between terahertz and optical signals
3)Fathima V K- SPAD-Powered Super-Resolution Microscopy for Complex biological tissues
4)Ziya Sunith – Altermagnetism
5) Yusra PV- Ionic electronic photodetector
showcasing their understanding of recent developments in the field through selected research papers.
