The Department of English conducted the second edition of their annual Literature Fest
Solstice, KALANK, on the 27th of January 2026. The Chief Guest of the day was respected
writer and winner of the Kendra Sahitya Akademi’s Yuva Puraskar 2025, Mr. Akhil P
Dharmajan. The inaugural ceremony was conducted in the college auditorium. Noted
mentalist Mr. Shibin Haridas also engaged the students in a fascinating session of mentalism.
Students from various colleges across the district participated in the events and competitions
organised as part of the fest.
