The Department of Economics, Providence Women’s College (Autonomous), in collaboration with Seethalayam, Govt. Homoeo Hospital, Kozhikode, organized a Poster Making Competition on 9 March 2026 at 1:30 PM at the IIIrd DC Economics classroom. The event was held in celebration of International Women’s Day under the evocative theme “Give to Gain.”
The competition provided a creative platform for students to visually articulate their thoughts on the spirit of generosity, empowerment, and the reciprocal nature of giving within society. Participants showcased remarkable artistic talent and conceptual depth, using the medium of art to reflect on how selflessness contributes to personal and communal growth. The event successfully encouraged students to explore contemporary social values through a creative lens, fostering a deeper connection to the essence of International Women’s Day.
