The Physics Department organized its Valedictory Function and Magazine Release Ceremony with great enthusiasm.  Dr. Sini, Head of the Physics Department, delivered the Presidential Address, highlighting the department’s progress, achievements, and the importance of academic excellence along with participation in various activities. The programme inauguration and the release of the department magazine were carried out by the Chief Guest, Dr. Laina , IQAC Coordinator from the Department of History. Institutional visit – Department of Psychology

An institutional visit was conducted on 12 March 2026 to the Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (CRC), located at Chevayur, Kozhikode. A total of 14 first year and 8 second year psychology students participated in the visit. The centre functions under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities and provides services related to rehabilitation, skill development, and empowerment of persons with disabilities. The visit helped students gain practical knowledge about rehabilitation services and the multidisciplinary support provided to individuals with disabilities.

The PG and Research Department of Physics at Providence Women’s College, Kozhikode, organized an extension activity titled Cosmic Gaze: Anti-Superstition Show and Sky Watch 2026 for the public. Homoeo Hospital, Kozhikode, organized a Poster Making Competition on 9 March 2026 at 1:30 PM at the IIIrd DC Economics classroom.
