പൂജ മികച്ച നടിയല്ല ‘നടൻ’
sitemanager2026-03-30T13:19:30+05:30കാലിക്കറ്റ് സർവകലാശാല ബി സോൺ കലോത്സവം മലയാള നാടക മത്സരത്തിലാണ് അപൂർവ്വ സംഭവമുണ്ടായത്. നാടകമത്സരം അവസാനിച്ചപ്പോൾ വിധികർത്താക്കൾ മികച്ച നടനായി ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടിയെയാണ് തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത്. മികച്ച നടിക്കുള്ള പുരസ്കാരം മറ്റൊരു പെൺകുട്ടിക്ക് നൽകിയെങ്കിലും മികച്ച നടനായി കാലിക്കറ്റ് പ്രോവിഡൻസ് വിമൻസ് കോളേജിലെ പൂജാ ബൈജിത്തിനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. മികച്ച നടനായി ഒരു ആൺകുട്ടിയെ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കാതെ പ്രകടന മികവുകൊണ്ട് നടനായി 'ബാർബറസ്"' എന്ന നാടകത്തിലെ മുഖ്യ കഥാപാത്രത്തെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച ശങ്കർ ശിവ ആയി അഭിനയിച്ച പൂജ ബൈജിത്തിനെ മികച്ച നടനായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഏകാധിപത്യത്തെ കുറിച്ച് മുൻപും നിരവധി നാടകങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും കലയ്ക്കുള്ളില ഏകാധിപത്യമാണ് നാടകം ചർച്ച ചെയ്തത്. ഗ്രീക്ക് നാടകമായ ആൻ്റിഗണിയുടെ ഇതിവൃത്തത്തിൽ തുടങ്ങി പിന്നീട് ജനാധിപത്യം ചർച്ച ചെയ്യേണ്ട തിയേറ്ററിനുള്ളിൽ പോലും എങ്ങിനെയാണ് ഏകാധിപതികൾ കടന്നുവരുന്നത് എന്ന് 'ബാർബറസ് ' ചർച്ച ചെയ്തു. പൂജയെ കൂടാതെ നാടകത്തിൽ ഗായത്രി ഓളക്കൽ, ആര്യ പി, പല്ലവി, റിഫ, ശിവാനി എം, ദിയ യഹിയ, അശ്വതി പി [...]

Extension Programme – Department Of English

The presidential address was given by Dr. Ajitha P. Congratulations – Department Of Psychology

Prarthana Janet M.V. won the 1st prize in the Photography Competition. Parvana Sunil and Shaikha K.K. secured the 2nd prize in the Quiz Competition.
