The Department of Psychology organized a Pathfinder Career Research Readiness Program on 6th January 2026 for II-year Psychology students. The program was conducted by Prof. Minoo Divakaran, Director of Research and Consultancy, Providence Women’s College (Autonomous) with the objective of enhancing students’ awareness of career planning and research preparedness in the field of psychology. The session offered valuable insights into various career pathways, research opportunities, and the skills required for higher studies and professional growth. Overall, the program was informative and motivating, helping students gain clarity and confidence in planning their future careers.
